The word stress is in everybody's mouth. But too rarely we recieve a practical answer to the simple question : how can we better manage stress ?

Stress does not have to become an unavoidable fate.
Simple strategies allow to get protection and to eliminate old stress effects,
to remain happy in a hectic life. It is easy to learn, pleasant and... it's even fun !

As for many problems, there is not just one only miraculous solution (just do it…).
We need an complete set of tools.

These courses and seminars can be held in English, French and German (Hochdeutsch or Schweizerdeutsch).

The pedagogic means set at work in these courses and seminars are most modern.
The explanatory parts of the speaker are associated with a multimedia animation on computer-beamer and sound effects.
They are mixed with numerous practical breathing, relaxation, stretching and dynamizing exercises and some writing tasks.
The teaching is also accompanied by a document which is distributed progressively during the seminar.
The attention of the participant is therefore constantly awoken and the impact of the «after-seminar» reinforced.
