Balancing techniques for teachers

How can a teacher keep calm and maintain a positive attutude in the whilwind of the classe and restore balance after a stressful day ?

Seminars of 1 to 5 days can supply the necessary powerful tools to respond to these demands.

In these seminars, you will recieve explanations, but mainly a great number of practical means and training in :

1. beathing techniques for general wellbeing and for difficult situations,

2. dynamic relaxation exercices (caycedian Sophrology),

3. reflexes and tricks to better handle stressful situations,

4. means to reinforce concentration and chase negative thoughts, and

5. many other subjects.

Transmit you a number of

- tricks,
- awareness,
- breathing exercises,

- relaxation exercises,

mental training,
- interactive moments...
- accompanied by a multimedia presentation.

This approach will enable you to clarify your personal situation.
This way, you will find practical solutions which can immediately be used in daily life.

We will be pleased to organise for you:

  • conferences of 45 min. to 2h (also several subsequent conf. for different groups)
  • half day seminars (4h)
  • 1 day seminars (7h)
  • 2 day seminars (2 x 7h)
  • 5 day seminars (5 x 7h)
  • courses in series of 10 lessons, during the day, at lunchtime, in the evening, Saturday

These courses and seminars can be held in English, French and German (Hochdeutsch or Schweizerdeutsch).

The pedagogic means set at work in these courses and seminars are most modern.
The explanatory parts of the speaker are associated with a multimedia animation on computer-beamer and sound effects.
They are mixed with numerous practical breathing, relaxation, stretching and dynamizing exercises and some writing tasks.
The teaching is also accompanied by a document which is distributed progressively during the seminar.
The attention of the participant is therefore constantly awoken and the impact of the «after-seminar» reinforced.

These courses and seminars can be accompanied by an individual and confidential auto-evaluation for each participant.
